bro-aux software package provides small auxiliary tools for Bro, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install bro-aux
bro-aux is installed in your system.
Make ensure the bro-aux package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep bro-aux *
You will get with bro-aux package name, version, architecture and description in a table
